1. The salient provisions under law of patents stipulate the patentable inventions and the right to a patent. It also has provisions on patent application, procedure for grant of patent, cancellation of patents and substitution of patentee, remedies of a person with a right to a patent, rights of patentees and infringement of patents, voluntary licensing, compulsory licensing, assignment and transmission of rights, registration of utility models and industrial design, the qualifications in applying for and the granting and cancellation of patents.
2. A trademark is a tool used to differentiate goods and services from each other. Part III of the IP Code states that the rights in a mark shall be acquired through registration made validly in accordance with the provisions of this law. The certificate of registration shall remain in force for ten (10) years and may be renewed for periods of ten years at its expiration upon payment of the prescribed fee and upon filing of a request.
3. Copyright is the legal protection extended to the owner of the rights in an original work, which may refer to every production in the literary, scientific, and artistic domain. Among the literary and artistic works enumerated in the IP Code are books, and other writings, musical works, films, paintings and other works, and computer programs.

REFLECTION

I’m shocked actually I didn’t expect that the whole scene was stressing like I’m expecting a good scene at the end but I feel terribly shocked. I felt everything like the whole world against you it was like horrible, awful, nasty, sad, disgusting, all the negative efrect I felt. And I think that it was a great film still don’t know what to say.

If I am at his shoe I think I will do everything and anything just to save someone else’s life because her life was on my hand I know it will be a public disgrace but I cannot take that they threat my family.

Well in my part this technology and internet has a big role in our society nowadays a big help theough the people who are far away from each other but after watching it, like it is a judgemental society but we cannot seek the future not without the help of technology.
