1. The salient provisions under law of patents stipulate the patentable inventions and the right to a patent. It also has provisions on patent application, procedure for grant of patent, cancellation of patents and substitution of patentee, remedies of a person with a right to a patent, rights of patentees and infringement of patents, voluntary licensing, compulsory licensing, assignment and transmission of rights, registration of utility models and industrial design, the qualifications in applying for and the granting and cancellation of patents.
2. A trademark is a tool used to differentiate goods and services from each other. Part III of the IP Code states that the rights in a mark shall be acquired through registration made validly in accordance with the provisions of this law. The certificate of registration shall remain in force for ten (10) years and may be renewed for periods of ten years at its expiration upon payment of the prescribed fee and upon filing of a request.
3. Copyright is the legal protection extended to the owner of the rights in an original work, which may refer to every production in the literary, scientific, and artistic domain. Among the literary and artistic works enumerated in the IP Code are books, and other writings, musical works, films, paintings and other works, and computer programs.

REFLECTION

I’m shocked actually I didn’t expect that the whole scene was stressing like I’m expecting a good scene at the end but I feel terribly shocked. I felt everything like the whole world against you it was like horrible, awful, nasty, sad, disgusting, all the negative efrect I felt. And I think that it was a great film still don’t know what to say.

If I am at his shoe I think I will do everything and anything just to save someone else’s life because her life was on my hand I know it will be a public disgrace but I cannot take that they threat my family.

Well in my part this technology and internet has a big role in our society nowadays a big help theough the people who are far away from each other but after watching it, like it is a judgemental society but we cannot seek the future not without the help of technology.

People nowadays are patronising the other products that other country develop as you can see it was a product of apple that I draw and it will explain everything under politics. As you can see the the leaf of the apple is like the people who rule under the government the dirty politician but not all of them just some of them and inside the apple that are the pieces of the works of the government the injustice system, the drugs killing innocent lives, the ruler of the philippine who barely not good at ruling the philippines, and the pills or the idea of abortion to a innocent child and last is how they treat poor people by the government. These are not the right acts to act the missing part of all these messed up system in the philippines is to hear the people, hear their opinion their needs sometimes we need to hear the poor not only the politician under the government because first of all they do not experiencing the lives of the poor one, they are having a 3 or 4 times a meal everyday but the poor one do not experiencing that way see this is a major problem under government and still the president of the country is killing innocent lives to stop the drug war we have a messed up world but it doesn’t need to be totally destruction we still have many years to live we must have unity in diversity we must change not tomorrow or next year but we need to change today at this moment of your life.

Performance Activity #2 SOCIAL MEDIA UNDER NORMATIVE THEORY
 A Normative theory describes an ideal way for a media system to be controlled and operated by the government, authority, leader and public. These theories are basically different from other communication theories because normative theories of press are not providing any scientific explanations or prediction.

Social responsibility theory allows free press without any censorship but at the same time the content of the press should be discussed in public panel and media should accept any obligation from public interference or professional self regulations or both, social responsibility theory of press which is associated with “the Commission of the Freedom of Press” in United States at 1949. In the book “Four theories of Press” (Siebert, Peterson and Schramm) it’s been stated that “pure libertarianism is antiquated, out dated and obsolete.” The facebook, twitter, youtube, instagram etc., is falling under social responsibility giving the opportunity to post freely. Social responsibility theory allows you to have a freedom of expression but the social media will be responsible if any case what will happen. Social responsibility is ethics that guide any action, be it in media or other organizations, that put an obligation towards environment, society, culture and economy. The media like any other sector should not harm, but should promote environment and socio-cultural aspects in relation to the economy of the place.

This is Calayo Nasugbu Batangas Beach.
I went here and it's awesome the beach is awesome to.Even if you go deep still pretty lift and Calayo is still a virgin beach.
Why still virgin beach?
Cause this beach not frequented by swimmers it's still natural by our nature.
It's secluded not too much but no hotels if you want hotel its too far from beach so there cottage was like "Kubo" its made from like bamboo if you wanna bring tent you may but its very clear water it's good and have fresh air.
